Preface

Taiwan VCM Corporation (TVCM) is the first petrochemical company in Taiwan to use vinyl oxychlorination to produce vinyl chloride monomer. At present, there are only two domestic companies specializing in the production of vinyl chloride monomer (VCM). LinYuan plant of TVCM is one of them.

With Continuous improvement of the process, environmental protection and occupational safety and health, TVCM may enhance quality and quantity, as well as reduce contamination and damage. Therefore, TVCM has obtained certifications including ISO-9001, ISO-14000, ISO45001 and ISO50001. The company complies with legislation as highest operating standards. All requirements are strictly abide by law and regulations, and we pay attention to statutes in relevant domestic and foreign restrictions which affect the company's internal operations.

TVCM, which has macroscopic view and steady foundation, will continue to make every effort in the petrochemical industry, emphasizing the integration of effective applications of environmental protection, information, technology, and human resources, expanding the service to China, Southeast Asia, India, etc., and expected to grow steadily in the future.
